Potty encouragement from Mom Mom

Got this email from Ben's Mom Mom this morning. She's the other 1/2 of our potty training efforts.....

Well, your 3 day "no poop" is over. Ben was in the playroom with Chuck and said he needed his diaper changed. We caught him in the middle of a grunt, ran him down to the little potty and he sat there for a few minutes and he was done. When he wasn't looking, I dumped the load into the little potty and then showed him he did good. He dumped it into the big pot and flushed. Of course, we did the Poopy Dance. He didn't do his first "P" until 7 a.m. and all of that went into the potty and again dumped. at 9 a.m. he ran down the hall and was trying to turn the light on and went on the bench. Got a little in the potty so he could dump. He's almost there.
